How to get rid of chemicals in vegetables and fruits?

Most fruits and vegetables on the market are full of chemicals. But because we don’t understand it, we are inadvertently eating a kind of poison.

Chemicals used in fruits and vegetables can cause various diseases. Fruits and vegetables often use pesticides or chemicals, which are deadly to the human body.

The presence of pesticides in the diet can lead to neurodegenerative diseases such as cancer, diabetes, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, birth defects in children, reproductive problems, and asthma.

In this case, washing with water is not enough to remove pesticides and chemicals.

Ways to get rid of chemicals in vegetables and fruit –

1. In the case of potatoes –

Many vegetables are artificially colored, and we all know that these colors are not good for your health.

For example, a few days ago there was news that potatoes are also being dyed so that the buyers buy them immediately as they look good.

Since most of the potatoes come from cold storage, the potatoes turn black will remove the blackness. This soil is not harmful, and if washed well with water, this soil is removed.

2. In the case of red potatoes –

We think the more red or pink the red potato or red potato, the better. It is a completely wrong idea. But the color is red potatoes.

So, don’t buy red potatoes which are a little pale, buy red potatoes that look like that, there will be no harm.

3. Rinse with saltwater –

Bring vegetables from the lightning, take water in a large pot, mix half a teaspoon of salt in it and wash the fruits and vegetables with that water. After rinsing with salt water, rinse again with clean water.

4. Vegetables dip in vinegar mixed water –

The best solution to get rid of the chemical is to soak fruits and vegetables in water mixed with vinegar.

Mix one teaspoon of vinegar with water in a large pot and soak fruits and vegetables in that water. After a while, rinse again with tap water.

5. Peel a vegetables squash –

Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice such as onion, potato, avocado, apple, ginger, mango, carrot, radish, etc. First, wash these fruits and vegetables, and then peel them. Then wash well.
