How to Perform

Hold your penis right behind its top and make sure it’s not too loose or tight. Pull it down to your knees. You will start feeling a stretch in the shaft but no pain or any discomfort. Lose your penis, so it goes back to its position slowly and then again take it to the opposite direction, i.e., to your stomach. Keep it there for around 20 to 30 seconds, and then bring it back to its original position. 

2. Jelquing 

Another exercise to increase penis size naturally is by Jelquing, in which you have to massage your penile tissues and stretch the skin to create “micro-tears”. This particular set can help you get a rigid penis and increased size. 

How to Perform

Before performing this exercise:

  1. Make your penis a little erect by using any lubricant or oil.
  2. Grab your penis from the base with the two-finger (thumb and pointer finger).
  3. Make your grip towards the pelvic bone and gradually move your hand up while maintaining the pressure.
  4. Take a stop when you reach the top.

3. Kegels

How to Perform

4. Opposite Stretch 

Opposite stretch is an exercise that helps you get a longer penis naturally. All you need is just 5 minutes from your daily routine to perform this exercise. 

How to Perform

Grab the penis from a little below the head so that it is not too loose or tight. With your other hand, hold the base of the same with an ok-grip. Now, pull both your hands in the opposite direction. It means that both hands are in the opposite direction without causing any pain. If you feel pain, stop the exercise right away, as what you must think should be a “stretch.” Be in the position for around 30 seconds and then leave. 

5. Change in Eating Habits
