It is normal to get old with age, but sometimes we start getting old before our age many gestures such as wrinkling of the face, rapid fatigue, pain when carrying heavy bags in hand, whitening of hair.

However, these symptoms appear to different people in different ways, affecting lifestyle, food, work, or even the weather.

Today I will tell you about any symptoms that are signs of premature aging.

In medical science, the process of aging before time or age is called ‘premature aging‘.

Due to the many internal and external processes going on in our body, our body continues to grow slowly.

Common causes are imbalances of many enzymes and hormones, a decrease in the formation of new cells and tissues in the body.

However, sometimes when these symptoms begin to show their effects prematurely, it is called premature aging.

It usually occurs between the ages of 35 and 40 but not at a young age.

What are the symptoms of premature aging?

1. Rapid hair loss and graying: – Hair loss and graying are some of the most common symptoms of aging.

However, we still see this problem in very young children today. The biggest reason for this is pollution and adulteration.

Pollution has a direct effect on our hair and skin which causes them to begin to weaken. This problem also happens for some genetic in some people.

At the same time, the harmful chemicals found in adulterated food damage the melanin particles, causing the hair to turn white.

2. Lack of sleep: – When sleep is less, the symptoms of premature aging are also caught.

For example, short-term sleep or easy sleep deprivation are all symptoms.

The main reason for this is the cortisol hormone which is also known as stress or stress hormone.

Excessive stress causes cortisol to grow, which can lead to sleep problems.

We can easily overcome such problems by reducing stress and adopting a healthy lifestyle.

3. Wrinkles on the face: – Wrinkles are directly related to age. However, with age, the skin begins to loosen, which affects the smoothness and elegance of the skin.

Wrinkles are formed on the face especially in the lower part of the eye due to this reason. It is directly related to our daily eating habits.

More saturated fats, fats, processed foods, smoking, and alcohol intake cause the premature formation of wrinkles.

Eating more fruits and vegetables rich in antioxidants can prevent wrinkle problems.

4. Pale face: – Bone density starts to decrease with age. It sometimes occurs before age due to nutrition, heart disease, stress, and smoking.

You can easily modify it by changing the lifestyle and eating habits.
