Suffering from thyroid problems? Diet chart for you

Thyroid disease is a very common disease in today’s world which is due to side effects in the thyroid gland present in the throat.

Sudden weight gain or weight loss, swelling in the throat, hair loss, differences in voice, etc. can cause many problems.

There are two types of the thyroid, (i) hyperthyroid and, (ii) hypothyroid. Therefore, to avoid this disease, special attention needs to be paid to diet.

If you want to stay away from this disease, then add these foods to your diet.

Diet chart for Thyroid Patient –

1. Eat Iodized Foods – You need to include such things in your diet which are high in iodine.

Because iodine prevents side effects of the thyroid gland and works to protect against this disease.

For iodine, you can eat dried grapes, potatoes, milk, yogurt, brown rice, and garlic.

2. Fruits and juices – If you want to protect yourself from thyroid, include fruits like pomegranate, apple, banana, orange, grape, watermelon, and its juice in your diet.

The fruit has antioxidant properties which make the immune system stronger.

Not only for thyroid, but it will also protect you from any other kind of disease.

3. Eat seafood – You need to include seafood in your diet to prevent thyroid. For this, you can eat foods like shrimp and marine fish.

The omega-three fatty acids present in them can be beneficial for thyroid resistance.

 4. Include iron and copper in your diet – You should use copper to try to avoid this disease.

For this, you can eat spinach, fruits, broccoli, shellfish, red meat, pumpkin seeds, tofu, nuts, cashews, sunflower seeds.

5. Dairy foods – Dairy foods should be included in your diet.

They are rich in vitamins, minerals, and calcium which strengthens the immune system will protect you from this disease.

For this, milk (full cream, toned, skimmed, low fat), yogurt, butter, cheese, cheese, cream, and custard can be eaten.
