Suffering from uric acid? How to control it?

About 4 and a half crore people in the world are suffering due to this. About 1.5 million people are bedridden with uric acid problems.

According to experts, people who eat a lot of fish and meat every day are at higher risk of developing uric acid problem.

Drinking alcohol and drinking carbonated cola as a cold drink also increases these diseases. Being overweight is considered risky.

In many cases, this problem is somewhat hereditary. People between the ages of 30 and 50 have a higher risk of developing uric acid try to control it.

Uncontrolled blood pressure, diabetes, heart problems, kidney disease can increase uric acid.

The presence of high levels of uric acid in the body can lead to multiple health problems such as arthritis or joint pain.

Over time, it is builds up in various joints, including the knees, causing swelling and pain.

What is uric acid?

Uric acid is a chemical that is produced in your body during digestion. It is contains a type of amino acid called ‘purines’ that is also present in some foods.

Its mixes with the blood and is purified in the kidneys and excreted in the urine.

But sometimes the body produces so much uric acid that it cannot be properly purified.

Excessive It can be produced in the body as a result of a family history of illness, inactivity, and eating large amounts of meat.

In case of males: 3.4–6.0 mg / dL and in case of females: 2.4–7.0 mg / dL. If it is more than that, it is very necessary to control it.

What to do to control these problems?

1. Don’t eat artificial colors, sugar, or corn syrup –

According to experts, foods with artificial colors, sugar, or corn syrup should be stopped altogether.

Cola drinks, colored jellies, jams, syrups, canned fruit juices should not be eaten. Smoked and canned food should not be eaten.

2. Sea fish should not be eaten –

Pickles, salty fish should be stopped. Eating spinach, beans, Barbati, rajma increases uric acid decrease.

Spinach, Puni spinach, lentils, built pulse, mutton, sea fish should not be eaten.

3. Exclude fish fillets, chicken, or mutton meats –

Fish, chicken, or eggs can be eaten. However, in total not more than 50 grams per day.

According to experts, even if fish or chicken can be eaten, omit fish fillets, chicken, or mutton meats.

If the amount of uric acid in the blood increases too much, there is a risk of accumulation in the urethra and stone formation. So eat 3 to 4 liters of water a day.

4. Eat less oil and spices –

Add less oil and spices in cooking. Also avoid eating big fish, red meat, milk, bacon, sugar.

Suffering from uric acid? How to control it?

Exclude alcohol from the list. Don’t eat ham or beef at all. Avoid eggs and marine fish.

5. Eat low-calorie foods –

Start eating fat-free milk. Also eat plenty of peanut butter, fruits, and vegetables.

Grains, bread, potatoes can continue. Make it a habit quickly to eat black coffee without milk and sugar.

6. Control your Weight –

Make gym, walking, swimming anyone a daily routine. Do not allow weight gain in any way.

7. Eat vitamin C –

Put vitamin C on the food list. Eat lemon, fruit. Remember that vitamin C is an infallible remedy for uric acid.
